CHARIS is the Greek word for GRACE and is our ministry for women and children throughout Myanmar and India

We share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with everyone as our primary mission. In addition to sharing the Gospel and nurturing their spiritual health, we also provide for their physical needs as well. We do this by helping to provide sewing machines, etc. so the women will have the means to learn a trade, and with it an opportunity to provide for themselves and their children. This in turn means that they don't have to live a life that is not what God desires for them (indentured servant, prostitute, etc.). We also help with farming and agriculture in their areas so they can learn to be self-sustaining.
