Praise the Lord, happy New year 2020, I trust that this finds you, your family, ministry and work doing great. I am too! Below is the HOW reports grand final for 2019 of the all the countries we have served last year;
1. Scent Homes Discipleship Training Project: Scent is a center of 87 children who were sexually abused. This are traumatized children!
-63 People received training in February: in attendance were children workers, teachers at the center and from other organizations, pastors, school teachers.
-56 children have professed Christ.
-37 children have received healing from the trauma through therapy received from HOW Discipleship program.
-Foods, clothes and school supplies given.
-30 bibles given to the center.
-1000 sharing Jesus with children booklets given.
-63 certificates issued.
2. Slums Children Crusade: The children crusade was done in one among largest slums of Nairobi Korogocho, which is also surrounded with 5 other neighboring slums. Here children victims of sexual and drugs abuse, abject poverty, crime and child labor!
-45 children professed Christ.
-1000 sharing Jesus with children booklets issued.
-Snacks & drinks provided.
-15 children bibles issued.
3. Ex cans Discipleship Training Project: This was a collection of 120 post highlers who already have joined the various universities!
Mentored
-Transformative leadership
-Sharing the gospel
- Taught healthy relationships
- Forgiveness.
- Setting new life goals
- 450 youth professed and 532 adults professed faith in Christ during practical with ex scans in northern Kenya for practical Evangelism and open air meetings!
-1000 booklets issued.
-120 certificates issued.
4. Nepal Discipleship Program: Training program took place in Tibet borders, where the earthquake hits and killed thousand of people, parents, children and relatives lost their lifes. many were displaced, many lost Property and homes! 34 were trained; teachers, pastors. Children workers, Sunday school teachers and youth workers
Impact Outcomes:
- Knowledge and support on how to deal with children.
- Teaching children improved lesson plans and applied skills.
- Restructurring Sunday school classes and lessons plans
Planning and hosting Dvbs and bible clubs.
- 300 sharing Jesus with children booklets given
- 3 computers Donated to the pre-school
5. Ethiopia’s Report 2018: Ethiopian Training was crucial and first of its kind to be held in Ethiopia. We had 65 trainees who did attend the training some of whom were send from churches, interfaith based organizations and international related Organizations.
Impact outcomes:
- 135 kids above ages 13 have so far professed faith.
- Impoved knowledge and understanding in handling children sessions.
Part of the HOW trainees are being used children on psycho- social support to heal the trauma of the plane that crashed.
- They so far have formed children bible clubs.
-500 sharing Jesus with children booklets English booklets were distributed.
-More Amharic and Oromo translation almost done done ready for printing.
6. High School Peer Counseling Discipleship Program: HOW has held the High school peer counseling discipleship program. This program comprised of 60 trainees from various high schools. The program put in place to train a fellow high schoolers be a Transformational agent in their respective schools
Impact outcomes:
- Improved code of conduct the respective schools that attended.
- Improve inter and intra- relationships.
- Reduced use of drugs and substance abuse.
- Improved class performances.
- Ehanced Christian unions sessions which has led to a total 586 students have professed faith.
- 1000 sharing Jesus with children booklets given out.
7. Ukara Discipleship Training Program (Tanzania): Ukara is Island among other 85 islands of Ukerewe inside Lake Victoria. The Ukara Discipleship Training was significant due many children, adults and families tragically lost their loved ones in Mv Nyerere ship that sunk and killed over 300 adults and various unknown number of children. Ukara Island is very poor, no electricity, there’s high rate of prostitutions, drug abuse, early teenage marriages, and high end use of witchcraft. In Ukara the team and I did home visist to pray with bereaved families and children, a did Training session, and open air night services.
Impact outcomes:
- Over 7,590 people reach out.
- 52 trainees of the Discipleship training.
- 4, 863 Adults proffessed Faith.
- 2, 864 children above ages 13 professed faith.
- 3000 sharing Jesus with children booklets given out.
All the Ukara HOW Discipleship trainees have been employed with faith based organizations, churches and governments to help on Post Traumatic Stress Disorders to the local children.
- 52 Certficates issued.
8. Kahama Discipleship Program ( Tanzania ): Kahama is town in Tanzania known for mining gold. I did Training and open air meetings in this town.
- 38 children workers, youth pastors and Sunday school teachers, children workers were trained.
- 221 adults professed faith.
- 747 children above ages 13 professed faith.
- 1000 sharing Jesus with children booklets distributed.
- 38 certificates issued.
9. Mtendeli and Nyalugusu Refugee Camp Discipleship Training (Tanzania): Mtendeli and Nyalugusu is a camps are the second largest camps in Africa after Kakuma. They located on the border of Tanzania and Burundi. Most refugees here are victims of war from Burundi and DRC Congo. People live in deplorable conditions here: poor housing conditions, poor road networks etc. They are victims of depression, murder, sexual abuse, unforgiveness, pain and anger.
I had 97 Trainees in Mtendeli camp and 167 trainees from Nyalugusu camp. House visits and homes cells and everning services. Showed Night films outside theThe trainees were from churches, faith based organizations, bibles schoo students and psycho social helpers from international Organizations!
This was first of its capacity building program of its kind in this camp! To help the refugees come to healing and reconciliation, help children who have gone through trauma incidents, deal with higher rates of grudges, pains,fear and unforgiveness.
- 97 graduated from Mtendeli camp
- 167 graduated from Nyalugusu camp
- 3, 678 adults professed Faith.
- 1,572 children above ages 13 professed faith.
- 264 were trained and certificates issued.
- 1000 sharing Jesus with children was distributed.
10. The additional totals from Tanzania, Botswana, Nepal and DRC from Sardicks, Philip, Rev. Bishwa and Elijah Irrespectively;

11. November Mission in Nepal: I had a private Mission in November 2019 to Nepal With my brother Rev. Bishwa. The mission was geared towards visiting new plant Fellowships and churches in the Himalayan Mountain ranges of Nepal!
We visited many new plant fellowships and churches under the Leadership of Rev. Bishwa preached, taught the word of God, we saw healings, total forgiveness, salvations and Baptized the believers who received salvations.
Some of the situational local needs we both identified with Rev. Bishwa In order to establish these new Plant mountain fellowships and churches, to grow and mature, we can work together under “His Outreach Churches“ we only need a minimum of $700 only per every new church.
This money would go towards local pastors in the mountain ranges to rare 5 female and 5 males either goats, sheep or pigs for his self supporting financially and His family! In order for him to have full commitment towards the church and ministry ( believers and reaching out to other new ones).
These Himalayan mountain ranges are highly potential zones which are in need to plant new churches cause; it’s highly populated, those zones are safe from attacks compared other lower areas, and easier for mountain local to became a pastor minister to same people, New plant churches can be able to raise locally available materials to set up a worship place.
So far to me it sounded the best deal to venture; Establishing “ His Outreach Churches” an opportunity to be able to move, grow and reach out to a community whom we going grow together, fellowship, commune and share relate in Christ’s kingdom. (Kindly mom find some the photos in your messenger)
12. In Marsabit Northern part of Kenya, I did Discipleship Training program. This place the believers and children have to walk upto over 13kms to 20kms to find a church and school respectively. Currently launched fellowship to gather near-by the believers worship under a tree!
One of the local elders donated 6acres piece of land for building a church and school to help local community. This will be one of the greatest tool to reach out, and bring transformation in the area because it’s densely populated more Moslems!

Requests for trainings and supply of distributions e.g sharing Jesus with children booklets and bibles to those who don’t have them, has been beyond our reach. But above all thanks for your kind support we have been able to do for the year 2019! We stand in the gap for greater year 2020!
